Same God.
A Different Path.
A Bigger Purpose.
Diagnosed in 2006 with a degenerative neurological condition, Jeff spent years learning what he now teaches. When life moved into a wheelchair, the question became: What’s next? It still shapes his message on resilience, courage, faith, community, and purpose.

“A more capable tomorrow is possible.”
For more than twenty years Jeff has worked alongside CEOs and senior leaders in pharma, biotech, and technology — often those asked to grow a business three to five times over without losing the people who make it possible. His conviction is simple: many of the hardest problems we face come down to how we treat one another, and leadership can change that.
He is a TEDx speaker, the author of Cargo, and the founder of My Impossible — a growing community and documentary about resilience, faith, courage, interdependence, and living fully. He also wrote The Anatomy of a Principled Leader and Become a Better Leader 10 Minutes at a Time, and his work has appeared in Life Science Leader, Inc., and Business Insider.
A financial analyst by training, Jeff holds a B.S. from the University of Central Florida, a certificate in servant leadership from the Greenleaf Center, certification with the Barrett Values Centre, and the ACC designation from the International Coaching Federation. He lives and works from the New York City metro area.
